How long will my order take to arrive?
This is selected by you when you pay. Our fastest shipping is one working day. For shipping & delivery information check out our shipping page.
Can I send you a photo of my test result for clarification?
Definitely! We love helping people interpret their results.
What happens if a sample contains multiple drugs?
It will produce a mixture of the colours – a lot like mixing two colours of paint. If you have a powder or crystalline substance with two different looking types of crystal, try to separate them and test them individually.
How do I know if my test has expired?
Use aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen to see if you get a colour change. Different tests go off at different speeds.
How long do the tests last?
About 12 months if the lid is properly secured and they are kept in the fridge. They last about half as long if stored at room temperature. Temperature, moisture and oxygen all affect shelf life.
How can I safely dispose of expired reagents?
Wear gloves. Submerge the bottle in cold water and open the lid. Empty the bottle and leave for 5 minutes. Pour the water down the drain, put the granules in the bin.
